Backup System Enhanced

The backup system for websites has been enhanced and now includes the following elements:

All servers are now Fast RAID-10 Hot-Swap Disk Arrays. RAID-10 is disk mirroring and striping. In our servers it consists of four disk drives. Data is mirrored between two disks and then striped over two additional disks. The total size of the array is the size of two of the disk drives. RAID-10 has the highest disk read and writes rates. It also offers the highest level of reliability as it can sustain multiple drive failures in some cases without data loss.
Nightly incremental backups of the entire server to protect against system failure.
Rotating daily, weekly and monthly backups of individual account files and databases to a remote server.
Rotating daily, weekly and monthly backups of account MySQL databases to local and remote servers different from #3.

Multiples and redundant backups ensure that your website can be restored from any type of failure.
