Joomla 1.6 sites upgraded to 1.7.1

All Joomla 1.6 sites have been upgraded to the latest security release 1.7.1. Joomla 1.7 sites utilizing the Gantry framework have been upgraded to the lastest Gantry release 3.2.11.
